Each squadron in ROCAF alert status board, which always has different level of alert birds in alert stand-by status, be it Alert 5, 10/15 or Alert 30:

Alert 5: 2 or 4
Alert 10/15: 4
Alert 30: 4

Let's take it easy, 2 Alert 5 birds, 4 Alert 10/15 birds, and 4 Alert 30 birds. That's 10 fighter.

Since you already know there's typical of 3 squadrons in each ROCAF fighter airbase, so unless my math is wrong, 10 x 3 it's 30 fighter per airbase.
